The Danish duo, purveyors of what they describe as ‘dream space pop’, have released another track from their sweetly psychedelic album What On Earth, due out next spring.
Once again they’ve collaborated with Khosravani who, together with Spanish 3D animator Álvaro Pérez, has fashioned a totally trippy universe of meteorological and architectural entities – along with floating flowers and magic mushrooms – that blend with the music’s gentle feel.
Andrew Khosravani comments: “The song is so blissed out I wanted the visuals to reflect that so the 'narrative' is incredibly loose; it’s more a series of vaguely connected vignettes. Instead of it being character led it is architecture and nature that is the prevailing theme. Everything moves at a snail's pace but that gives us time to reflect on the light bouncing off a statue, or the growth of a mushroom.”
