Created by DDB Paris for McDonald’s, this cheerful new campaign, directed by Bradley & Pablo through La Pac, draws inspiration from the fast food chain's wide array of nicknames from different corners of the globe, while celebrating its universal icon, the Big Mac.
From “Mickey D’s” to “Makudo” to “Mecces”, the colourful ad sees lost tourists searching for their favourite fast food spot in a foreign country. Although at first confusing locals with their unique McDonald’s dialect, the iconic Big Mac ultimately brings everyone together.
