Showing off the new Mokka design and some wonderfully expressive CGI pigeons, Unbox Yourself is eclectic and bizarre.
With a full-body stretch of the imagination, Vauxhall’s new Mokka designs are launched with an ad that encourages people to avoid being pigeonholed...by turning anyone not driving a Mokka into a bird. The piece is absurd and ridiculous, and strangely compelling. The Mokka drives by flocks of people jogging, going to work, on the playground, and creates an absurd world where Vauxhall stands apart.
Produced by Outsider and directed by Dom&Nic, the piece was also helped by post-production from Coffee & TV. The ad is set over MGMT’s tack Electric Feel (Justice Remix), a not-so-subtle nod to the electric-fuelled version of the vehicle.
