Directed by Camila Cornelson through Stept Studios, this moving campaign focuses the great adventures that The North Face wearers have shared with their jackets.
More Than a Jacket portrays how the coats are not merely items of clothing; they tell stories and evoke memories of outdoors experiences shared with loved ones.
Stept Studios beautifully brings this concept to life with a striking montage of footage, from boreal forests to craggy cliff faces, snowy mountains and campfires to cozy log cabins, paired with shots of old family photographs. The film is set to the soulful soundtrack from GRAMMY Award-nominated recording artist, Japanese Breakfast.
The initiative brings to life the real, collected stories of exploration that were submitted by The North Face aficionados, consumers and athletes. The stories will also feature in an immersive exhibition at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art’s on 6 October.
