Created in house, produced by Sticker Studios and directed by Dan French, the What If campaign for Swatch conjures a curiously cuboid universe.
The reality-bending film sees circular items – from doughnuts, to wheels, to footballs, Earth itself and most importantly watch faces – transformed into squares.
French playfully blends live-action performances and touches of VFX whimsy together to make a bombastic experience.
Appropriately, as well as showing online, the ad is also being broadcast at New York's Times Square.
