Yet, this fun and fast-paced spot, created by Drummond Central and directed by Jack Driscoll through Academy for online gambling site Bet365, sees a mediocre curling throw trigger a global cultural phenomenon.
As the relatively minor moment in sporting history is televised across the globe, it triggers a chain reaction of celebration turning the whole world cuckoo for curling.
The concept behind the campaign was that for every glorious moment, there are plenty of ordinary ones that go uncelebrated, but no matter what you’re experiencing, bet365 always maximises the excitement.
