This poetic short film, helmed by directing duo Mattis Huus Heurlin and Milan Bjornild (also known as Reprise), takes inspiration from Danish designer Nikolaj Storm’s SS23 collection of the same name, Mykonos.
Through captivating imagery of dark, mythical dreamscapes referencing to Greek mythology, the film explores the duality of human nature; the good and bad, or the light and dark, within us all.
A poetic narration takes us on a reflective, guided journey through the visually captivating scenes of Medusa-like goddesses, burning suns, luminous moons, and time-lapsed footage of ghostly, glowing figures.
