Scaring people into taking action is probably the most common way charities spread their message, but with their new campaign through VCCP, Prostate Cancer UK are instead dangling the carrot of future joy in front of potential sufferers.
Created as part of the Find It Earlier work, A Future Full of Good Things sees a pair of middle-aged men gifted with the promise of good times ahead (a grandchild for one, a snazzy BBQ for the other); all made the more possible if they take part in a simple screening process.
Directed by MJZ's Gary Freedman through VCCP’s content creation studio Girl&Bear, the films anchor the broad idea in slices of subtle realism; taking the fantastical and making it both authentic and relatable.
