Collaborating with agency Colle McVoy, La-Z-Boy has launched a surprising campaign with a droll hero film co-directed by Pete Marquis through Good Behaviour.
Set to a jaunty operatic score the spot runs through a droll montage of in-flight aggro as passengers contend with spilt drinks, cramped knees and, most amusingly, compromised knitting.
The work stems from an interesting survey recently conducted by The Harris Poll on behalf of La-Z-Boy, 41 per cent of Americans would support a ban on passengers reclining their seats on domestic flights. Being all about leisure and comfort, La-Z-Boy is giving away prize packages to five lucky people who sign the pledge at BanReclining.com, including a free La-Z-Boy recliner and a $500 airfare credit.
