With bright, sharp production and excellent comedic timing, Happy Dance is a vibrant piece, expertly crafted out of Ruckus Films.
Whether or not you’re a parent, everyone has heard the horror story of a child who only ever wants to watch the same movie over and over and over….and over. As Kirsten Bell, dressed in an ethereal yellow dress in front of a multi-colored background, goes over the common woes of childcare with her typical wit and self-deprecating humor.
Directed by JJ Adler, who has plenty of comedy in her portfolio, the piece capitalizes on Bell’s natural appeal to deliver the over-the-top messaging. Wieden+Kennedy Portland developed the piece, making the film stand out with strong (and very pink!) art direction from Azsa West.
