2020 has been a tough year to smile through, but, as this lovely little short from Colgate ably shows, a slice of smirk can go a long way when shared.
Told in storybook rhyming couplets, The Man Who Lost His Smile follows an unhappy gent who, on playing with a young girl on the bus, remembers what it is to be happy.
Launching at a time that can be challenging for many, when tensions have been running high and people may be feeling more isolated, the Red Fuse Communications [the Colgate-Palmolive division of VMLY&R] film doesn't hold back on jollity, gleefully eschewing cynical commentary to create something all the more effervescent.
