Apparent necrophilia; unsatisfactory porridge; mid-field man love; horseplay in a dark wood; x-rayed mastication: all this and more rewards the viewer of this alarming promo brilliantly directed by Maxim Kelly through Caviar.
The film follows the track's bizarre lyrics, written by the band’s bass player and vocalist Cameron Picton, who explains: “The story starts in the desert with two men engaged in a desperate search for missing friends. Their quest leads them to a strange mining facility which, despite a death of natural resources in the area, opens its doors for even stranger hosts to welcome them.”
While the meaning of the mayhem may be opaque, the black and white visuals are arresting and will have you gripped to the end.
