Well, no... it was Elwood Blues, but the sentiment is as true as any that has come from The Bard's pen and, as this lovely slice-of-life commercial for VW goes to show, the 'morning routine' is a perfect example.
Shot with real families, and showcasing the diversity apparent throughout the United States, Johannes Leonardo's spot Same Difference brings with it a truly heartwarming sense of authenticity.
Directed by Serial Pictures' John Hillcoat, the commercial excels in it's lovely little touches and, accompanied by some neat editing and sound design and perfectly backed with Johnny Cash's These Are My People, will be instantly recognisable to anyone with a tribe of their own.
