Vincent Le Chat hits the purrfect note for Sheba
AMV BBDO has created a singularly odd cat food campaign, inspired by 'seductive' 1970s French crooners.

A 1970s crooner – inspired by a combination of Engelbert Humperdinck and Serge Gainsbourg – takes centre stage in the latest instalment of AMV BBDO's Resistance Is Futile campaign for Sheba.
Delivering lines such as “I’ll be your little kitten if you place me down some chicken” and “Surrender to your fate. It’s time to get my plate” while flirting shamelessly with the TV camera, Vincent Le Chat amps up the cheese to Camembert levels in his performance of Nourris-Moi Bebe (Feed Me Now, Baby). As the shot pans out from the stage, the scene disappears into the hypnotic blue eye of a cat, who's clearly turning on the charm in readiness for dinner.
The spot was directed by the Perlorian Brothers through MJZ London.
