Based on the phenomenon of YouTube biker dance videos, the absorbing promo for the new track Limbo sees two clashing crews of bikers pull impressive wheelies and some serious moves.
Taken from the band’s upcoming album Typhoons, Limbo explores themes of frustration and paralysis. But while the mounting electronica/disco rhythms and choreography of our helmeted heroes creates an upbeat vibe, the song has a menacing underbelly.
Lyrics such as, “Blood on the pillow, tears in my eyes, slept in a murder scene last night,” are underscored by the ominous darkness of the night riders' urban battleground.
