If your little'uns have imaginary friends, it's safe to say that they'll probably been needing an imaginary rest after lockdown.
Keeping the withdrawn young protagonist of this captivating short busy is Toby, a friendly house-bound spirit (polter-guest?) whose unseen antics provide both delight for our hero and slight sense of dread in the viewer.
Wonderfully captured by director/writer Dan Lumb (one half of The Queen, whose short I WASH MY HANDS EVERY FIVE MINUTES ANYWAYwe featured in May) and starring his son Zachary Lumb and partner Kate Halsall, this great use of quarantine time is a little narrative treat.
