Taking this truism and running with it is this hilarious new campaign from Energy BBDO for online real estate portal ZAP. Focussing on the tiny 'epic' moments that new homeowners need to celebrate, The First Time in a New Home is Epic spans several commercials and includes such brilliant feels as 'the takeaway pizza shared over the moving box', 'binging your first Netflix series on your new couch' and, the evergreen, 'first poo in the new loo'.
