Golden temples in the air, waterfalls of silken cloth, earring trees and celestial floating teapots – these are just some of the treats on offer in this colourful film directed by Vidya Sharma and Rajesh Thomas.
Produced by Lucifer Circus, India, Handcrafted with Love celebrates the work of the karigars, or Indian artisans, setting their exquisite jewellery, fabrics, ornate wood carvings and pottery in magical landscapes of artisanal treasures.
The film took six months of planning, close to a month of preparation and was shot over three days.
