CANADA welcome director Sergi Castellà for representation across Spain and the Netherlands.

Castellà is known for a style that masterfully intertwines raw, urban dreamscapes with the gentle touch of magic realism. Castellà has developed a visual language that explores spiritual sensitivity within modern settings. His commercial work for Audi, Nike, and Adidas displays a rare knack for making large-scale brand stories feel intimate and visceral. His acclaimed short film work, including Tu Niño and A Summer Job, further cements his status as a director who navigates complex emotional terrain with ease.

“Sergi has a natural gift for finding the extraordinary in the everyday,” says Laura Serra, Executive Producer at CANADA. “His films are immersive and poetic, reflecting a deep curiosity about the world and the people in it. He is a perfect addition to our family of storytellers.”

Castellà, director behind Zalando’s What Do I Wear to Steal the Scene, premiered at the Sanremo Festival 2026, as well as Aston Martin’s Forever Fearless marking the brand’s centenary, and Lee Jeans’ 135th Anniversary Built Like Lee, commented on his signing: "Joining CANADA is especially meaningful to me. For years, their work as directors and as a production company has given images to the dreams of my generation. They also placed Barcelona on the international audiovisual map, opening the path for me and for many other Catalan and Spanish artists. Beyond our borders, I’m often asked whether I work with CANADA, so becoming part of their family feels like a natural step and a true honour. A beautiful way to come home and close the circle."
