Using the stat of one in five Brits (22%) experiencing a fraud attempt every single week, O2 and VCCP’s AI creative agency faith have created the ultimate fraudster-foiling deterrent: Daisy. Part gran. Part machine. All chat.
Modelled after an older relative of a VCCP employee and created in collaboration with UK scambaiter Jim Browning, Daisy is designed to serve as a trap for fraudsters, engaging them with meandering stories and fake personal information in real-time, using advanced AI and generative models to mimic an elderly target.
