This new short film from MullenLowe SSP3 Mexico looks to raise awareness of the most common form of dementia afflicting elderly people today; Alzheimer's.

Created for the Mexican Alzheimer Center and directed by Rebolucion Mexico director BKCH, the three-minute film introduces us to two elderly people as they talk about their lives to each other. Thoughts and reminiscences are shared about their lives and their loves and it seems, at first, that the two are strangers to one another, until a heart-rending realisation occurs, if not to them, then to the viewer.

“Dementia is a public health problem that requires the participation of all sectors of society," said Regina Altena, President and Director of the Mexican Alzheimer Center. "It is crucial to join efforts and resources, so that older people who suffer from it have a better quality of life.”
