From dubious diets to false idols, the world of health and fitness in the age of the internet can certainly feel a overwhelming, even a little cult-like. 

Thankfully, gym brand Virgin Active is bringing it back to basics in this fun Clockwork-Orange-esque film titled Leave The Cult, playfully directed by LIAKH through Spindle.  

In a dizzying sequence of increasingly nightmarish vignettes, we cycle through a selection of sketchy scams and physique fads, from strange supplements to snake oils, when Virgin Active offers a simpler solution to all of this nonsense – just join the gym.
