Libresse wears the pants in new campaign

Created by Mother and directed by Lillie Eiger, the new campaign for intimawear by Libresse is made up of two animated spots that are joyful and fun depictions of menstruation.

With a focus on sustainability, the films build on the company’s heritage as the champions of a progressive culture around periods and women+ bodies, portraying them as systems to support, not ‘problems’ to solve.

The creative uses a mix of live action and animation to dramatise the everyday anxieties all people with periods face, and the role that intimawear pants can play in resolving them.

Mountain and Pool both act as a celebration of natural bodily functions and are an inclusive, body positive depiction of women+ with a sense of fun built-in, continuing the brand’s work to reduce taboo and open conversations.
