Kicking off vehicle manufacturer Kia’s Super Bowl campaign by David & Goliath is this adventure-fuelled, sixty-second spot, directed by Dante Ariola through MJZ.
As the spot opens, a family of three arrive for check-in at a beautiful mountain holiday resort, when Mum asks Dad if he remembered to pack the Binky. Oh God - he forgot his precious daughter's favourite Binky.
The ad follows Dad, as he immediately jumps in his Telluride X-Pro and goes on an incredible journey to retrieve it. His quest gains the attention of a TikTok influencer, goes viral online, and before long the entire nation is following the nail-biting epic of #BinkyDad.
After a momentous journey through snow and mountainous terrain, he returns with said Binky, only for his beloved baby to spit it out, because, of course, she only likes the blue one. As the commercial ends, he takes off in his Telluride X-Pro once again, and the saga of BinkyDad continues.
