One earthquake, 113 storms, 38 bushfires – that’s the tally of natural disasters Judi has been present at. 

It's not that she is a particularly unlucky person – she is an insurance assessor who has spent 32 years helping people cope with unexpected events. 

Titled Help, Like No One Else, this ad, created by The Monkeys and sensitively directed by Daniel Kaufman through Finch and Anonymous Content, follows Judi as she travels to an emergency claim while recalling her experiences in the role. Along with her impressive tally of disasters, she reckons she has shared 2,149 cups of tea with distraught customers. 

NRMA Insurance Chief Marketing Officer, Brent Smart, said: “Since I joined the company, I’ve heard incredible stories of how our people help. The challenge is how to tell those incredible stories in a way that doesn’t feel like just another testimonial employee ad. We found a way creatively to honour our incredible people and the way they help our customers.”

The integrated campaign covers TV, cinema, OOH, press and radio, and tells the stories of other NRMA Insurance employees who've helped customers in distress.
