The governator himself, Mr Arnold Schwarzenegger, once said of bodybuilding: ""The resistance that you fight physically in the gym and the resistance that you fight in life can only build a strong character".
Whilst it's clear that the muscles on display in Flex, the delightfully bizarre comedic short from writer/directors Josefin Malmén and David Strindberg, are indeed mighty, the film's insights into the mind of the man who carries them show a more fragile figure.
Balancing between sentiment and surrealism, the vid's strength (if you'll excuse the pun) lies in the gloriously constructed VO, mirrored by muscle-man Calle Bolund's cinematically-captured intensity.
