This new campaign created by Contented and directed by The Visionaries’ Lauren Midwinter highlights the pressure on women to downplay the effect of life’s stressful daily experiences.

Whether it’s juggling family with a job, grieving, feeling lonely, undervalued, or overwhelmed by work – all these things can have a real impact on mental wellbeing, and that's before taking the Covid lockdowns into consideration.

The two films, Unfilter Your Life (Angela) and Unfilter Your Life (Alice), are short, sharp, brilliantly acted and sure to resonate with women everywhere. The message is this: life can knock you sideways – don't be afraid to ask for help.
