Google Pixel share LGBTQ+ friendly businesses spot
Google Pixel is helping people discover and share LGBTQ+ friendly businesses in latest spot.
Google Pixel recently launched a new spot in honor of Pride, Celebrate Pride in Belonging with Pixel – Support LGBTQ+ Friendly Spaces.
The spot tells the story of resilient LGBTQ+ spaces as they open their doors again. LGBTQ+ spaces have a history of overcoming challenges and Google Pixel wanted to celebrate the reopening of these spaces after more than a year of closures.
As part of the campaign, Google Pixel is encouraging the community to share pictures and reviews in order to support LGBTQ+ spaces as they return to business as part of a larger Google effort. Those interested in supporting and learning more, can visit pride.google.com.
Celebrate Pride in Belonging was created in partnership with Google Pixel, Google Brand Studio and Arts & Letters Creative Co. As part of the launch, the spot is running on Google’s owned and operated channels and ran on the YouTube Masthead on June 24th.
“We are so proud to launch this work with Google Pixel that rallies around LGBTQ+ spaces as they open their doors after one of the most challenging years ever,” said Jed Grossman, ECD at Arts & Letters Creative Co. “It was so important to all of us to tell the story of real LGBTQ+ small businesses that need support as they return to business.”
