Fusing anime, sci-fi and Dali-esque concepts of metamorphosis, this sci-fi short for Flying Lotus' latest track, More, will dazzle your eyes and boggle your mind.
Shinichiro Watanabe directs the animated promo, in which the artist appears as a traveller whose spaceship crash-lands on an alien planet. A rapping robot (voiced by Anderson Paak) dispenses some gnomic life advice ("your ego is your seed") from under a tatty parasol, before a grotesque metamorphosis turns FlyLo into a burning tree of body parts.
What does it all mean? We're not really sure, but it's a fantastic piece of animation, regardless.
