It's not often that the words 'carrot' and 'emotional' get to be used in the same sentence, but it would be tough to describe Esselunga's latest campaign without them.
Focussing on a father who struggles with the prospect of his daughter fleeing the nest, Leaving climaxes in a, yes, emotional song perfomed into a, yes, carrot.
Despite the concept sounding silly in our recounting, New York agency SMALL's tale is wonderfully told by director Sune Sorensen; bringing a heartfelt honesty to a situation that's relatable to many.
