Director by Steve Rogers and agency W+K London have created a hilariously hostile urban environment where everybody’s determination to be right causes social – and architectural – collapse.
Produced by Somesuch x Revolver Will O'Rourke, the film Could I Be Wrong? depicts stressed out city dwellers arguing the toss over everything – fuelled by aggy talking heads on TV, and violent videogame characters that burst through screens into peoples conflict-ravaged homes.
Then actor/director Natasha Lyonne (Russian Doll, Orange Is the New Black) coolly wanders in to shame the tussling superheroes with the wisdom that “this isn’t how you change the world! Everyone’s obsessed with being right about everything.”
She suggests that posing the question, “could I be wrong?” could help bring peace heal division.
The tagline, ‘everything’s better when we’re open’ is part of the drinks brand’s newly launched purpose-driven campaign, running across 10 European markets, to align itself with a drive to bring people together in a divided, hostile world.
Good luck with that.
