Created by mental health charity CALM in partnership with MoneySuperMarket, this simple yet effective campaign comprises a trio of honest interviews with public figures, focussing on normalising conversations around financial pressures.
Directed by Calum Macdiarmid through Great Guns, the initiative aims to de-stigmatise such topics in the current cost of living crisis, as 80% of CALM respondents are worried about money but 75% haven’t spoken to anyone about these feelings.
With an authentic, relatable and down to earth vibe, each film spotlights a different public figure: journalist and podcaster, Sam Delaney; content creator, podcaster and singer/songwriter, Milena Sanchez; and social housing campaigner Kwajo Tweneboa, who discuss their own financial anxieties and advice for overcoming them.
