To promote Google's commitment to improving mobile business, Phantom has unveiled this caustically funny campaign showing how bad customer experiences can seriously impact on trade.
The 90-second ad, directed by Hoi Polloi's Dan Castella, is full of relatable IRL niggles. We see a woman unable to pay for her books as the shopkeeper is nowhere to be seen (and the bell on the counter is broken), while another customer waits impatiently for her morning coffee, while the barista sloooowly writes her initials in fancy italics.
Then there's the artisan grocer who hand-weighs oranges on an old-school set of scales. It's enough to send you potty...
