Leading on co-directing duties alongside Apashe, Adrian Villagomez (who’s previously helmed the artist’s music videos for Majesty, Human and Witch.) has created a captivating visual experience rich in cultural symbolism and boasting awesome choreography, cinematography and VFX.

With the EP rooted in anti-war sentiment, the project also connects to an upcoming documentary inspired by Apashe’s recent travels to Ukraine that explores creativity and resilience in the face of conflict.

The track is taken from Apashe’s new EP, Hymns Of Resilience, featuring acclaimed Ukrainian artist Alina Pash.

Talking about the project, Apashe explains: “Ukraine has always held a special place in my heart. Being there, you realise how hard it is to truly understand the severity of the situation from afar. It’s only when you’re on the ground – working, listening, living alongside people – that the reality fully sets in.

"While working on this project in Kyiv, we were under shelling, a stark reminder of what daily life looks like there. For ten days, we lived it: sleeping in shelters during bombings, witnessing the physical destruction, and experiencing first hand the toll it takes on people’s mental well-being."
