On one level, it's a political parable about the EU and how all the niggles and red-tape are outweighed by the benefits of working together as one big happy family. Or, you can simply enjoy it as a lovely piece of animation.
Either way, the story of three fisherman and a hungry seagull joining forces to net a giant fish got a well-deserved world premiere at the opening ceremony of the Stuttgart International Animation Festival (ITFS).
