Before he punched out aliens, acted like a bad boy with Martin Lawrence and navigated the zombie apocalypse, Will Smith was the Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
The classic 'fish out of water' sit-com from the early to mid-90s propelled Smith to international fame and in this spot, from Westbrook Media and ArtClass director Vincent Peone, Smith anchors an eclectic series of video calls during which people recreate the iconic theme tune from the programme.
The spot is to celebrate the release of a re-imagined version of the show on NBC Universal/Peacock called, simply, Bel Air, in which characters of the same name as in the original, and with the same basic premise of the 90s show, return in a more gritty and dramatic version of its earlier counterpart.
