The sale of ivory has been disputed in recent years with many organisations attempting to reduce public interest in the material as a way of culling illegal poaching.
However as JWT have recognised in this new campaign for conservation charity Stop Ivory, interest in ivory prevails as many people refuse to connect ivory to the butchered elephant it came from.
This hard-hitting ad from director James Lawes re-reminds us that every piece of ivory - no matter how beautiful it may seem aesthetically - has caused the death of at least one elephant.
