Set to Swedish artist Jennie Abrahamson’s new version of the classic song My Favorite Things from The Sound of Music, this new spot, created by Forsman & Bodenfors, is about a hectic, commercially-minded world which is then balanced by a serene, Volvo-driving woman who doesn't 'own' her car but 'subscribes' it.
To 'subscribe' is Volvo-speak for 'to rent', which seems no more or less commercially minded than owning a car, but ignoring that, this is a sumptuous and elegant film from director Johnny Green through Anonymous Content.
