If it ain't broke, why fix it, is the message in TBWA Brussels' new spot for McDonalds, celebrating the Big Mac's 50th birthday.
Directed by Jeroen Mol through SAKE, the 60-second spot celebrates 'the Unchangers' - real-life people who say no to the latest trends and stay true to themselves, be that through embracing a mullet hairdo or refusing to give up their jacuzzi. As the ad points out, when everything changes at the speed of light, and everyone tries to keep up with every fad, choosing not to change is quite a statement.
