Andrex, the UK toilet paper company synonymous with Labrador puppies, celebrates its 75th anniversary (that's 313 in dog years) with this new spot created by JWT.

Produced by Mad Cow Films and helmed by Adam Johnson, the commercial looks back at some of the brand's previous efforts since 1972.

Originally the brand wasn't going to use the puppy, but instead wanted a young girl to run through a house trailing a roll of Andrex. TV regulators weren’t happy with this idea however as they believed it promoted wastefulness, so, the little girl was replaced by a Labrador puppy.

Since then the brand has released 130 different ads featuring the dogs.
