You know how it goes...you go out for a quick one after work, and end up on an epic, genre-spanning adventure with Roman legions, pirate ships, and a space battle.
At least, that is the world created in The Trailblazers, directed by Matthija Van Heijningen of MJZ for Publicis Italy. In this ad, full of glorious VFX courtesy of MPC London, a man lures his friends away from their regular bar and to a new one, with the action spinning from there from the ordinary to the extraordinary, ending in a futuristic zeppelin ride.
