Karmarama has expanded its teams by making one promotion and six new hires, all of whom will report into CCO Nik Studzinski.

Dickie Connell – who was formerly a creative director – has been promoted to deputy executive creative director. Since joining the agency, he has worked on various accounts, including Plusnet and Pilgrim’s Choice. Prior to Karmarama, Connell was a creative at VCCP.

The six hires include three creative pairs – Imogen Jones and James Rooke; Meigan Brown and Tobias Owen; and Duke Safo and Mads Nielsen.

Jones and Rooke were previously creatives at McCann, where they created work for the likes of Subway, Premier Foods, and MasterCard.

Brown and Own have joined from Antidote London, producing work for brands like Travel Republic, Blinkbox and Team Sky.

Safo and Nielsen arrived from Grey London, following placements at Saatchi & Saatchi and Wieden & Kennedy.
