As CEO and founder of London-based virtual reality agency Rewind, Sol Rogers doesn't spend much time in the real world - he's happier blasting off into space or creating a bonkers immersive experience for Icelandic songstress Bjork.

Below, Rogers gives shots a peek behind the VR headset...

05.30: It’s an early start for everyone today!

06.00: It’s going to be a long day, first port of call is Hatch for some much needed coffee!

07.30: Rolling up to The Club at The Ivy for our VR Breakfast Briefing session to members.

08.30: Using the wonderful world of VR to brighten up everyone’s morning!

12.00: Back to the office to get ready for our VRLO meetup this evening - we’re upgrading all our demo machines specially for the occasion.

12.30: Final testing for Home: A VR Spacewalk which will be demo-ed at VRLO - we’re going to be blasting people off into space this evening!

13.00: Creative director Daryl making some last minute tweaks to Björk’s Notget VR experience - he does his best work when he’s sporting his stylish Vive headwear.

14.00: The motley crew arrives at Amba Hotels Marble Arch - the venue for VRLO.

19.30: Being the warm up act for the likes of Google, Epic Games, HTC and the BBC isn’t a bad gig!

21.00: VRLO is all about getting hands on with the latest tech and content. This guy is immersed in Björk’s Notget VR experience, a six-minute experience for HTC’s Vive which forms part of the Björk Digital exhibition.

01.00: I’m sure she’s had a much busier day than I have…
