Not To Scale gets Hickey

International animation company Not To Scale has signed English director Richard Hickey for European representation. Hickey began his career as an illustrator before he moved into 2D and 3D animation, signed with Superfad in Los Angeles and honed his skills combining VFX and animation with live action. In 2013 his short film Francis was selected at Raindance Film Festival and he has recently completed spots for Skittles and Fedex.
