Heidrich gets Gorgeous

Gorgeous Enterprises has announced the signing of talented new director, Hanna Maria Heidrich. Spellbound by the power of pictures from an early age, Heidrich explored drawing, painting and photography, but soon identified her key love as filmmaking and shot her final project for the renowned Filmacademy Baden-Wuerttemberg - a pilot for a sci-fi thriller series, Killing All the Flies. Heidrich has significantly already garnered a string of international awards for her commercials and shorts and she is motivated by peoples’ stories, what moves them and makes them laugh, their conflicts and emotional dilemmas. Often touching on the surreal, her grasp of narrative coupled with a genuine affinity with actors is rewarded with films that show depth and substance. Her We Miss You for WWF won the 1st prize European Branded Shorts, Special Jury Award in CFP-E/shots’ Young Director Award in 2011.
