Versus has appointed Marc Fusco as Head of Production, further strengthening the studio's leadership team as it continues to expand its creative and production capabilities.
As Head of Production, Fusco will oversee production operations across the studio, partnering with creative, strategy and client teams to evolve production workflows, strengthen collaboration and support Versus' continued growth.
"I’ve admired how Marc engages with people and with creative for years,” said Rob Meyers, Partner and Managing Director at Versus. “He’s someone who naturally brings people together, builds great teams and understands how to scale production without losing the creativity that makes our work stand out.”
Fusco first partnered with Versus while working as a senior post-producer at Netflix, where he hired the studio for creative projects. Since joining Versus in 2013, he has helped deliver some of the studio's most notable work while leading production across increasingly complex, multidisciplinary projects for global brands and entertainment clients.
"I've always loved building teams," said Fusco. "What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to support the people behind every project. Versus has built an incredible culture, and I'm looking forward to helping the production side of Versus continue to grow alongside the company."
Fusco's appointment follows several recent strategic leadership additions at Versus, including Executive Producer Kevin Anderson, Executive Creative Director Rosie Garschina and Executive Creative Director Nico Puertollano, reflecting the studio's continued investment in creative excellence and operational leadership.
With more than 20 years of experience across entertainment, advertising and branded content, he has led multidisciplinary teams for clients including Netflix, Disney, Amazon, ESPN, Paramount+, Sony and Lionsgate. Fusco is a graduate of Emerson College and began his career producing and directing independent films. Outside of work, he's an avid LEGO builder and amateur puppeteer.
