In this dynamic mini documentary, created by Le\Pac for skate brand Vans, Claire Arnold spotlights fearless skateboarding icon Lizzie Armanto, who has inspired countless generations of female skaters to pursue their passion.
Resurrecting and reclaiming the iconic, 90s, MTV skate film format, Arnold brings Armanto’s story to life through fast-paced, nail-biting archival footage, montages of personal photos and Thrasher magazine covers, and stylish shots captured specifically for the campaign.
The film is the first chapter of Van's Always Pushing brand platform, and features cameos from Eva Armanto (Armanto's mum), Mami Tezuka (Skateboarder), Dani Miller (Musician), and Alisa Ueno (DJ/Singer), celebrating the influence they have had on Armanto's skating journey.
