This weekend saw Team USA triumph in the FIFA Women's World Cup (#EqualPay), and if, like us, it's left you fired up for more fierce female sports, then look no further than the Vitality C Netball World Cup, which starts this week.
To promote BBC Sports' coverage of the event, BBC Creative have created an intense new installment in their Change The Game campaign, which zeroes in on one of netball's key rules: players have only three seconds to make a pass after catching the ball.
Top players from Commonwealth champions England, Scotland and Northern Ireland feature in the 40-second spot, which the Beeb hopes will inspire similar levels of engagement from young fans.
