Little more than a simple sketch, directing duo BARBARA's hilarious short Winner does a lot with a little.
Centered around the performance of Ghosts star Kiell Smith-Bynoe, terrific as the absent-minded Winner, the film shows an absent-minded scratchcard scraper seemingly picking up a tidy sum.
Sensibly allowing Smith-Bynoe to flex his comedic chops without interruption, and garnished with a lovely punchline payoff, this fun minute of silliness is a joke-filled jackpot.
