Clocking in at a mere three-minutes, it's impressive how much emotion and story Eugen Merher crams into his stark promo for Rudimental's new track, Dancing Is Healing.
Following a pair of siblings as they navigate poverty, loss and a variety of dysfunctions, Merher's vérité style belies a keen eye for narrative; aided by a pair of terrific performances, and some tight editing from Final Cut's Ryan Beck.
Demonstrating a command of a variety of emotions, the Academy director gives the track's title its own moment in a euphoric finale; our protagonists united despite their struggles.
